Saigol Bag – Shipping Policy

At Saigol Bag, we ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in premium condition. Every parcel is carefully packed and shipped with trusted couriers to deliver a seamless shopping experience.


1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, reaching all major cities and towns through our trusted logistics partner, Leopard Courier.


2. Dispatch Time

All confirmed orders are dispatched the same day (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is completed within 2–4 working days nationwide, depending on your location and courier schedules.


4. Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 500 applies to all orders, regardless of weight or city.


5. Payment Terms

We offer 10% advance payment and the remaining amount on delivery (COD).
Advance payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.


7. Delivery Schedule

Parcels are shipped Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please contact our support team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it.
We’ll investigate and assist with an exchange or replacement as per our Return & Exchange Policy.


9. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged after reconfirmation and applicable delivery charges.
